Missed the WIP Annual Event? See it HERE!
Women in Philanthropy and the team at the Scranton Area Community Foundation would like to thank you for your patience tonight as we worked out some technical challenges behind the scenes during the live-stream Women in Philanthropy Annual Event. We learned that some of our friends were unable to watch the event live as it happened this evening and we want to apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for bearing with us as we learn to navigate the ‘virtual world’ during these challenging and unprecedented times. We were fortunate that we had 60 attendees joining us live, but understand that several of our friends and supporters were unable to connect to the event in real-time. We learned through our conversations with our technical support professionals that this error occurs when the stream is not presenting due to the feed not correctly broadcasting to the URL, which resulted in the event not functioning correctly in the beginning.
If you missed the event or would like to watch again, you can view the entire event at your convenience by visiting any of the following links:

A Recap of the 2020 Women in Philanthropy Annual Event…
Tonight, we celebrated the accomplishments and impact of Women in Philanthropy and took a look back at how Women in Philanthropy has transformed the lives of women, girls, and their families throughout the year through the generosity of Women in Philanthropy supporters.
We also proudly recognized two outstanding women in our community as they received the 2020 Margaretta Belin Chamberlin Award and the 2020 Roseann Smith Alperin Award.

We look forward to 2021 as we continue to empower and transform the lives of women, girls, and their families across Northeastern Pennsylvania.
