This webinar will be moderated by Lisa Durkin, President and CEO of United Neighborhood Centers of NEPA and active Women in Philanthropy Supporter.
Through this discussion, we will explore the local landscape and begin creating a framework for how we can inspire change on the topic of affordable childcare for families today.
Today, child care challenges, exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic, are driving many women out of the workforce at an alarming rate. Child care is a pressing economic issue for working families across the country. The high cost of child care has become a burden for parents who need it to support their families. Women in Philanthropy hopes to explore the factors that contribute to these realities on a local scale more thoroughly.
We are looking forward to your engagement!
Please register for this webinar and be part of Women in Philanthropy’s mission to break down barriers that exist for women and girls in NEPA.
